- The content that is to be translated (e.g. your documents or a web address).
- Documents must be provided in an editable form at the latest when the order is placed. PDF files are also sufficient for the quotation (these are converted for the analysis; however, the quality of such converted files is frequently unsuitable for the actual translation).
- Where applicable, instructions concerning the terminology to be used (e.g. a company terminology list), referenced guidelines, standards or regulations, etc.
- Reference material (if available).
- The desired delivery date.
You will usually receive our quotation within one hour (depending on the scope of the required translation).
